Last Update hace un mes

The Assistant helps you work with the information stored in your TWILL knowledge base through a conversational interface.
You can use it to find answers, summarize information, understand the context behind a topic, prepare for meetings, compare information, and support decision-making.
You can also provide new information directly in the chat and save it to the knowledge base.

Start a new chat

Open Assistant from the main navigation.
To start a new conversation, click + New chat in the left-side panel.
You can then type your question into the message field or start with one of the suggested tasks available in your workspace.
For example, you might ask:
Which current risks and problems could affect our strategic goals, and what actions are already underway to address them?
TWILL searches the information available in your workspace and brings together relevant context from the knowledge base.
You can continue the conversation with follow-up questions, for example:
Are there any open problems or risks that do not yet have a corresponding task or mitigation action?
You do not need to repeat the whole context in every message. The Assistant follows the conversation and can build on previous questions and answers.

View previous conversations

Your recent chats are listed in the left-side panel of the Assistant.
Conversations are grouped by date, making it easier to return to earlier discussions.
Click any previous conversation to reopen it and continue where you left off.

You can also delete a previous conversation directly from the chat history. Select the conversation and click delete.

This can be useful when you are preparing for a recurring meeting or working on the same topic over several days.

Attach a file to your conversations

You can add a file directly to the chat when you want the Assistant to work with information that is not yet part of the conversation.Supported attachments include:
  • plain text files
  • PDF documents
  • Microsoft Word documents
  • Microsoft Excel files
  • images.
  • After attaching a file, add a question or instruction explaining what you want TWILL to do with it.
    For example:
Compare the attached financial forecast with the risks already identified in our knowledge base. What should the board pay attention to?

    or

Summarize this report and tell me whether it changes anything we currently know about Project Atlas.

The Assistant can use both the attached material and the existing knowledge in your workspace to provide the relevant context.

Add new information through the Assistant

The Assistant is not only for retrieving information. You can also use the conversation to add new knowledge.

    For example:

The board approved the revised investment proposal today.

    or

The deadline for completing the remediation plan has been moved to 30 September.

TWILL can use this information to create new knowledge or update an existing item in the knowledge base.
This allows you to keep the knowledge base up to date without always uploading a new document.
After adding information, review the result to make sure TWILL has understood it correctly and connected it with the appropriate item.

    Open details from an answer

When an Assistant answer refers to an item in the knowledge base, you can open its detailed information directly from the conversation.

Click the relevant item or reference in the answer.

A detail panel opens on the right side of the screen, while the conversation remains visible. This lets you move from a summarized answer to the underlying information without leaving the Assistant.

Depending on the item and your workspace configuration, the detail panel may show:

  • a detailed description
  • current status
  • key properties
  • dates
  • notes
  • related items
  • supporting source information.
  • Review notes

The Notes section in the detail panel shows individual pieces of information that contribute to the item.
    A note may contain:
    • the date of the information
    • the actual text or information recorded
    • the document from which it originated.
An item can have several notes from different points in time or different sources.
Reviewing the notes can help you understand how TWILL arrived at the current summary and how the information has developed over time.
Where a source document is available, you can open it directly from the note and compare the information in TWILL with the original material.

Use follow-up questions to explore the context

One of the most useful ways to work with the Assistant is to start with a broad question and then progressively narrow the discussion.
    For example:
What are the main issues requiring attention before our next meeting?
    Then:
Which of these are related to our strategic objectives?
    Then:
What decisions have already been made about the first issue?
    Then:
What has changed since that decision?
This way, you can move from a quick overview to detailed context without searching manually through multiple documents.

    Verify important information

The Assistant is designed to help you find and connect information quickly, but important answers should still be verified.

When using an answer for a meeting or decision:

    1. Open the relevant item.

    2. Review its details and notes.

    3. Check the dates of the information.

    4. Open the supporting source document where available.

    5. Confirm that the information is still current.

This gives you both the speed of an AI assistant and the ability to trace important information back to its source.

If the Assistant cannot find the information

If TWILL cannot answer a question as expected, try:
    • asking a more specific question
    • checking whether the relevant documents have already been processed
    • attaching the relevant file directly to the chat

The quality of an answer depends on the information available in your workspace.
